Our Assure Med-Surg Mattress General Patient and ICU/CCU Hospital Bed Mattresses are multi-layered, multi-density for optimal comfort and postural support. With a 1.8 density 45 ILD core and two 3 wide FirmEdge passive restraint system sides this mattress is perfect for those longer stays and higher risk patients. These mattresses are made with a Nymed healthcare nylon removable top cover and a Vynmed healthcare vinyl removable bottom cover. All of our mattresses come with a 12-month standard Warranty and meets California Technical Bulletin 121 and CFR part 1633 fire test requirements.
